That's right, 24 years on from its 1997 launch, GoldenEye has been removed from the German list of "Media Harmful to Young Persons". But believe it or not, GoldenEye 007 actually has them both beat, as it has been effectively banned in Germany until now. Saints Row 4 was delayed by about a month in Australia, whereas Manhunt 2 had to wait around a year to get to British players. The varying rules and regulations in different countries can hold up a game's launch quite a bit.
